need to sync of iPhone

need to sync with iPad,iPhone and my computer. other wise a great app

Needs Updated MEDs List

Great app; allows us to easily track all medications, allergies, Doctor / Insurance information for my elderly Mother. However, the list of Medications needs to be kept up-to-date! We frequently have to manually enter newer medication information, which is very time consuming.

No allergies no medications

There is no place to add None for allergies or medications.

Great App, my docs wish all patients had it.

With the latest software put out by Apple, you now get a message if a possible slow down. The AMA needs to update it.

Needs improvement

Doesn’t allow much customization to allow for different forms of a medication or different doses. Repeatedly closes while information is being typed in.

Excellent!

Highly recommended for individuals and families.

Great Help

Great site really helps with keeping track of our medicines we take.

Technian

This is great for any person that has medical health issue.

Very well done.

This app has all the basics: meds, allergies, providers, a place to add explanatory notes in a common sense interface. Easy look-ups for meds. Providers and emergency contacts easily added from your contact list. The only thing it lacks is the ability to add another person such as a spouse or child. Im hoping to see this in a future version.

Waste of money

* Freezes after two medications are entered *. Not really worth the cost

Needs to be updated!

Only allows allergies to animals like Dog or Cat?!?! My patients dont carry an EpiPen because their eyes water around a pet! What about Bee venom? Needs more drug allergy options, too. Get a consult from a pharmacist. Where are the fields for: date of birth, blood type, past medical history, past surgical history... I know it was only a buck but there are better solutions.

My Medications

As a physician I bought this to evaluate whether or not I could recommend it to my patients. The section on Allergies is poorly done. There should not be "other" medication as a category. It should be the same as the medication section--simply enter the medication youre allergic to. Also, under immunizations, it lists tetanus but not dTap or DT. There is an important distinction there. This app needs a lot of work and is an embarrassment to the AMA.

Awkward app

I wanted to like this app, trying it out as a physician and AMA member. The organization is OK, but the meds and allergy entry portals are a mess. Kept kicking out entries for medications and allergies that didnt fill all the boxes. I have that experience all day filing electronic claims. Major overhaul needed before ready for "meaningful use".

Awkward

I down loaded the app thinking it would allow me to enter the info on my Mac and then synch it to my iPhone. The data has to be entered into the phone. THis is an awkward task for most people old enough to have enough medicine to have to keep track of. Good idea but actually easier to just make a spread sheet and load it onto the phone.

Limited

Not a bad app yet I was looking for one that allows for more that one persons info to be entered. With 3 young boys it can be hard to keep track. Great for one person.

Wasted 99 Cents

Crashed when setting up meds. Stay away.

Med list

This app is helpful to some extent . The app doesnt let you type in allergies it has a short common list which was useless to me.

more than one person

I really wanted to have more than one person with this app since I am caregiver for parents and cant figure out how to add another person or myself. I have had to add all my moms meds twice because they were gone last night. If I knew how to add 2 more people then I would give it 4 stars

Still Needs a Little Work

I really like the concept. The app is a little basic. It would be nice to have a more precise display where more meds can be listed and viewed. The email application needs a lot of work and it would be nice to be able to sync the same data between iPhone & IPad without having to add all of the data twice. I still highly recommend this for folks with multiple medications and for those who travel. Work on this and it will be 5 stars in no time at all.

Needs improvement

First, this app is not for medical professionals. It is for patient use. I like the app, but it still has some bugs and missing components. The allergies sections needs improvement. You need to be able to enter your exact allergy and symptoms instead of picking from a limited list. You can not enter your insurance information, and some other very important medical information, like blood type. It would be nice to be able to add my family history and have a profile for my wife and son. A good basic app if you can get past the shortcomings. Still needs improvement. It would be worth the price if it offered what it promised and fixed the bugs.
